Nineteen isolates among 89 isolates showed a lower resisance to nalidixic acid , ciprofloxacin , sarafloxacin , enrofloxacin , orbifloxacin and levofloxacin , and the remainder were susceptible . pcr was used for the amplification of intregron gene of all the salmonella isolates 89株分离菌株中，发现有19株对萘啶酸、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星、奥比沙星、左氟沙星表现出轻度的耐药性，其余菌株为敏感菌株。
